Saturday Family Concert: Harmonica Pocket

Saturday, Sept. 12 @ 11 a.m.–12 p.m.

Equal parts silly & sweet, The Harmonica Pocket is a young-at-heart band from the Pacific Northwest bursting with songs you can’t help but hum.

The Harmonica Pocket frontman Keeth Monta Apgar was awarded the prestigious 2025 ASCAP Foundation Joe Raposo Children’s Music Award for his single “Imperfection is a Gift.” The song was also a winner in the International Songwriting Competition and a finalist in the Unsigned Only Music Awards in 2025: https://orcd.co/imperfectionisagift

Sing Your Song, the band’s 2021 family album, has been called “a melodic dream” and is an optimistic and bright collection of songs about being yourself, playing outside, and being itchy. Previous albums Sundrops and Apple Apple earned Parents’ Choice Gold Awards and NAPPA Medals, seeding joy and spontaneous family dance parties everywhere they’re played.

As with all of our Saturday Family Concerts, this event is free for ages 22 and under.
