Join us for our annual Welcome the Whales Festival and Parade!
11 a.m. — Costume making and activities at Langley United Methodist Church
1:30 p.m. — Parade staging at the bus barn parking lot at Sixth and Cascade
2 p.m. — Welcome the Whales parade through Langley, followed by waterside event at Seawall Park
