The Southwest Seattle Historical Society announces the grand opening of a new exhibition at the Log House Museum.

Beyond Alki: Stories of West Seattle and the Duwamish Peninsula opens this August after more than two years of planning and a two-month closure for installation.

Free all-day activities celebrate the importance of historic preservation. Build your own time capsule; set off on a scavenger hunt; and learn about local history.
