Submit your entry up to once a day using the form below for a chance to win a prize your whole family will love, or to pass along to a loved one. One winner will be selected for each prize. The contest entry period ends Sunday, Dec. 17, 2023.

The fine print:
- Contest runs 9 a.m. PT on Monday, Nov. 27, 2023 through 11:59 p.m. PT on Sunday, Dec. 17, 2023.
- Entrants may submit up to one entry per day during the length of the giveaway.
- Winners will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries.
- *Winners for the Holiday Magic, Seattle Men's Choir and 5th Avenue Theatre prizes will be notified via email no later than 11:59 p.m. PT on Dec. 8, 2023 due to the limited dates available to redeem the prize.
- Winners for all other prizes will be notified via email no later than 11:59 p.m. PT on Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2023.
- Winners must claim their prize within five (5) days of being notified or else forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.
- Entrants must be legal residents of the United States, and must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
- Entrants may not be an employee of ParentMap or involved in any part of the administration and execution of this giveaway. Entrants must not be an immediate family (parent, sibling, spouse, child) or household member of a ParentMap employee.
