FUN giveaway: Bobby McFerrin tix, film fest tix, baby stuff

Published on: December 30, 2013

OK, dear readers. We really want you to win this stuff, but you can't win if you comment on this blog. Can't! Please don't try to enter by commenting here -- email the Giveaway Queen at giveaway@parentmap.com. That'll get you in the running.

Also: gotta be an e-news subscriber to win. GQ can tell if you're not and she'll regretfully pass you over.

On to the swag:

1. A family 4-pack to the Seattle Jewish Film Festival's Matzoh Momma brunch and screening of Jews and Baseball. You'll be treated to Jewish comfort food, klezmer music and a movie about baseball's greatest Jewish players. It's Sunday, March 13 at 10 a.m. at AMC Pacific Place 11 in Seattle. To enter, email giveaway@parentmap.com and put "Matzoh" in the subject line.

2. A family 4-pack to the Seattle Jewish Film Festival's screening of animated family movie A Jewish Girl in Shanghai. Two children flee Austria for "Little Vienna" in Shanghai after their mother is taken away by the Nazis. In spite of cultural differences, they form a strong friendship with a Chinese merchant. Recommended for ages 7 and up. Sunday, March 13 at 12:50 p.m., AMC Pacific Place 11. To enter, email giveaway@parentmap.com and put "shanghai" in the subject line.

3. Two tickets to see Bobby McFerrin (of "Don't Worry, Be Happy" fame) at The Paramount Theatre on March 8, 7:30 p.m. To enter, email giveaway@parentmap.com and put "bobby" in the subject line.

4. A Made for Mom Snack Trap anti-spill cup and lid for toddlers. It's a snack cup for kids with a patent-pending slitted lid that lets kids grab a snack out -- and then closes again so the food doesn't spill out. Pretty cool. (And we just like saying "snack trap." ) To enter, email giveaway@parentmap.com and put "snack" in the subject line.
