The fine print
- Contest runs from 9 a.m. PT on Friday, May 26, 2023, through 11:59 p.m. PT on Sunday, June 4, 2023.
- Entrants may submit up to one entry per day during the duration of the giveaway.
- Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
- Total prize value is $150.
- The prize must be used in store by July 31, 2023. A photo ID is needed to redeem the prize.
- Giveaway prizes are considered taxable income. The giveaway sponsor must report the value to the winner and to the Internal Revenue Service on a Form 1099-MISC.
- One winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries.
- The winner will be notified via email no later than 11:59 p.m. PT on Monday, June 12, 2023.
- The winner must claim their prize within three (3) days of being notified or else forfeit the prize; and an alternate winner will be selected.
- Entrants must be legal residents of the United States, age 18 or older.
