'Angst: Raising Awareness Around Anxiety'

Join ParentMap for special, regional screenings of the brand new IndieFlix documentary "Angst: Raising Awareness Around Anxiety."

Angst LogoThis exclusive film looks at anxiety, its causes and effects and what we can do about it. "Angstfeatures interviews with kids and young adults who have experienced anxiety and what they’ve learned, including Olympic gold-medalist Michael Phelps. The film also includes experts charged with helping people manage their anxiety, and those who focus on researching its causes and sociological effects, while offering tools and resources that provide hope. The project will explore a conversation about anxiety from a peer-to-peer standpoint that is intimate, honest and accessible. Following the film screenings, a panelist of local doctors and anxiety experts will lead an engaging Q&A with the audience.

Teens and tweens welcome to attend; recommended for ages 12 and up.

Check out the event giveaways you can win by attending one of our "Angst" screenings!
