BrasilFest will take place on Aug.17: noon–7 p.m. at the Armory Food & Event Hall, Mural Amphitheatre, and Fisher Rooftop. The festival is part of the Seattle Center Festál series. It is free and open to the public.

With fun activities for all ages, this free festival showcases the lively culture and spirit of Brazil!
ACTIVITIES
Supporting this year’s festival theme “Brazilian Women – A Celebration of Strength, Beauty, and Diversity”, there will be a Brazilian Women Entrepreneurs panel and a special exhibit celebrating Brazilian women's resilience, achievements, and cultural impact throughout history and today.
There will also be Fernanda Santos’ Yoga inspired by Brazilian Folklore, and kids’ activities.
LIVE MUSIC & DANCE
Enjoy a variety of musical entertainment, including A Roda de Choro hosted by Chorando na Chuva, and performances by Tambor e Cordas, Onda Verde, Show Brazil!, amarElas Band, and more.
Experience plenty of energetic dance, too: Brazilian Dance with Lena Silverman, a Coco de Roda Workshop, and Show Brazil Dance to Didá Banda Feminina.
