Irish Week 2023 will be celebrated in Seattle with the St. Patrick's Day Parade on Saturday, March 11 and the Irish Festival March 11–12. For a listing of all the Irish Week 2023 events, visit the website below.
The festival is produced by the Irish Heritage Club (IHC) and is a highlight of Irish Week. This year, literary accomplishments out of Ireland will be highlighted, such as the 100th anniversary of the Nobel Literature Prize awarded to W. B. Yeats. The festival will also celebrate its Irish roots with musical performances, step-dancing, genealogy workshops, history lectures, craft goods, and more.
Irish Festival Seattle is the highlight of Seattle’s Irish Week, and this year’s festivities include:
- Musical Performances from Cavort, Emmet That Irish Guy and Carrigaline Celtic Band
- Step-Dancing from troupes including Haley Prendergast, Comerford, Fire and Ice, Grafton Street and Tara Academy
- Genealogy and History Lectures
