This drop-in program is free with Aquarium admission and offers a variety of learner-centered, developmentally age-appropriate, hands-on activities for young children. Join us for crafts, songs, story time and more! No reservations needed—feel free to stay for any length of time.
Please note: children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
¡Vamos al Acuario!
September 27–28; October 11–12
In September and October, we welcome members of the Latine community and other folks who are interested in celebrating Latine culture during Vamos al Acuario. We will follow a blue whale mom and her calf as they visit marine habitats across Latin America, from sandy beaches to mangrove forests to coral reefs.

Did you know that access to nature is crucial to the healthy development of our little ones? Join us to learn about the amazing Marine Protected Areas and National Parks we have locally and across the nation. You can even share the love for parks with a fun postcard activity!
Blessed Samhain!

Come join us to celebrate Samhain! Known as the precursor to modern Halloween, Samhain is a goodbye to summer and a celebration of community and the harvest. This Toddler Time will be full of fun, age-appropriate activities to mark the end of the light season and welcome in the dark.
Patterns of the Ocean

The ocean is home to a diversity of life that creates many beautiful and interesting designs we can use to support the growth of pattern recognition skills. Pattern recognition and prediction are key tools that help with language development, math skills and other abilities.
