Art and Sensory Exploration: Trees, Shade, and Shadows

Children explore the topics of trees, shade, and shadows through hands-on, open-ended materials. Provoking thought through art and sensory play stations, explorers will create their own city blocks and forests with playdough and loose parts, explore shadow and light with building materials and different light sources, create their own “shade tree” to take home with natural materials and air-dry clay, and add to a collaborative tree process art piece!
