Beautification at Roxhill Park

Saturday, May 9 @ 10 a.m.–12 p.m.

Recurring Event (See all)

Join DNDA’s Nature and Art teams for a series of special events this spring focusing on bringing beauty to Roxhill Park!

This heavily-used park in South Delridge is important both as a community space for the neighborhood and for its ecological role as the headwaters to Longfellow Creek!

DNDA’s Art team will be at the park from 10 to noon every Saturday from May 9 until June 20 offering free, hands-on eco-art activities for the community. On May 16, June 6 and June 20, our Nature team will also lead park beautification efforts focused on trash pickup and cutting back shrubs growing into the trails.

These events are open to participants of all ages, and do not require registering ahead of time.
