In 1937, the first annual “Berry Dairy Days” was launched when Burlington volunteer firefighters organized a fundraiser to purchase new equipment. Now in its 86th year, the Berry Dairy Days Festival has grown into a three- day festival weekend celebrating the local strawberry and filled with fun events, including:
- The Grand Parade (supported by Swinomish Casino & Lodge and Skagit's Farmers Supply)
- The Smoke & Grill Competition (Formally named the BBQ Battle)
- Live Music on our Entertainment Stage (supported by WECU)
- Craft & Commercial Vendor Fair (as a part of our Festival in the Park, supported by Bank of the Pacific)
- Kid Zone (supported by Banner Bank and Hub City Church)
- The Berry Cool Car Show
- The first annual Cornhole Tournament
- Paint Party on Fairhaven
- Beat the Berry Dash
- Friday Night Fireworks at Skagit River Park (thank you to the City of Burlington for hosting this event)
- The return of LAWNMOWER RACES (thank you to the City of Burlington for hosting this event)
And much, much more to be announced!
