The neighborhood Children’s Parade and Picnic takes place each year in the heart of Madison Park. The Seattle Fire Department leads the way as children of all ages parade down the business district on scooters, bikes, strollers, and on foot. Once they reach Madison Park playground, they are greeted by games, face painting, crafts, snow cones, hot dogs, music and more! This has become one of the neighborhood’s favorite yearly events.
The event coincides with the Madison Park Farmers Market and business district Sidewalk Sale.
