Concert in the Cone

Join Museum of Glass for Concert in the Cone featuring kora player Sean Gaskell. The kora is a 21-stringed West African harp traditionally played by oral historians known as Griots, and many songs featured on the kora preserve an 800-year history dating back to the founding of the Mande empire. Gaskell will be performing in the Hot Shop accompanied by live glassblowing by Hilltop Artists.

This is a multi-sensory experience not to be missed. Fun for all ages, and FREE with support from Tacoma Creates! Seats in the Hot Shop are first come, first served, so please plan on arriving promptly!
