Engineering with Nature: Boat Building

Friday, Aug. 28 @ 5:30 p.m.–7:30 p.m.

Join us for a fun, hands-on engineering adventure inspired by the book Iggy Peck, Architect! Young engineers and their families will design and build boats using natural and recycled materials, then test their creations to see how well they float. Along the way, we’ll explore the engineering design process, creativity, and how nature can inspire innovative solutions.
This program is recommended for ages 8 and up and is family friendly. No engineering experience is needed!
What to bring:Just bring yourself and your curiosity, we’ll provide all materials!
We hope you’ll join us for an evening of creativity, engineering, and fun!
