Family Elemental Soundbath

Saturday, Feb. 21 @ 1 p.m.–2 p.m.

Join us for a one-hour immersive experience designed for children and caregivers to explore movement, sound, and creativity together.

  • Guided by the four elements—water, fire, air, and earth—Jósa begins with gentle, accessible movement to awaken the body and senses.
  • This is followed by a 20-minute Elemental Soundbath, where guests are invited to lie down on yoga mats (please bring your own). Crystal singing bowls, rattles, gongs, and Jósa’s guiding voice support relaxation, imagination, and connection.
  • We will close with time for simple creative expression, allowing participants to integrate their experience through art-making.

This nurturing, multi-sensory journey invites presence, curiosity, and renewed connection for the whole family.
