Spring is the season for wild babies and animal parents putting in overtime to care for their young, and keep them safe and teach them skills for survival. This season, let’s celebrate the dads and father-figures in our lives with an old fashioned barbeque, complete with trail time and fun activities for the whole family, IslandWood-style!
We’ll have trail-side ‘drop-in’ activities for your crew that you can visit between 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM, or feel free to just enjoy our six-miles of trails as they pass by natural landscapes that soothe, captivate and inspire. From 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM, our talented kitchen team will have a housemade barbeque dinner for you and your crew! Just come on back to the Dining Hall, and enjoy your meal, buffet-style. You may dine indoors or outdoors, just BYOPB (Bring Your Own Picnic Blanket). We have a few picnic tables too!
