Free Mommy and Me Stroller Fitness Class

Celebrate the one year anniversary of FIT4MOM University Place with a FREE mommy and me stroller fitness class and a FREE resource fair after.
The workout begins at 9:30 AM and concludes at 10:30 with a resource fair following directly after. Resources from the Tacoma area will be there to showcase their offerings for families, women’s health, and children.
