Discover how the smallest creatures at Marymoor hold up everything above them. In this free, hands-on morning in the field, kids ages 8–12 will learn how insects pollinate flowers, recycle nutrients, and feed the wildlife all around them.
The class is led by naturalist and educator Sue Andersen, joined by Pacific Northwest naturalist David Droppers. A retired zookeeper, Sue has spent over 35 years bringing reptiles, insects, and their wild stories to life for audiences of all ages.
Each child must be accompanied by an adult. Space is limited, so register early. Free; registration required.
