Kitsap Forest Theater Presents ‘Oliver!’

Saturday, July 25 @ 2 p.m.–4 p.m.

Recurring Event (See all)

Consider yourself at home — Lionel Bart’s classic musical returns to the Kitsap Forest Theater stage for the first time since 2004.

Based on Charles Dickens’ Oliver Twist, this Tony, Olivier, and Academy Award-winning masterpiece follows Oliver, a malnourished orphan who escapes a workhouse and finds his way to the streets of Victorian London. There he falls in with a gang of young pickpockets led by the wily Fagin — until a theft he did not commit lands him in the care of the kind Mr. Brownlow. Fearing exposure, Fagin dispatches the sinister Bill Sikes and the warm-hearted Nancy to bring Oliver back, threatening his only chance at finding a real family.

Filled with drama, humor, and some of musical theater’s most beloved songs — Food, Glorious Food, Consider Yourself, I’d Do Anything, Who Will Buy, and Where Is Love? — Oliver! is a sweeping showcase for a large ensemble cast and a story that has captivated audiences for generations.
