Little Garden Chefs: Apple Sauce

Autumn is officially apple season! Come and celebrate the abundance of the Fall harvest and join us in the garden, and in the kitchen, for this hands-on family camp hosted by Tilth Alliance. In our 90 minutes together, we will:

• Work together to prepare a batch of homemade applesauce to enjoy and take home using apples sourced directly from our growing spaces
• Learn more about fall produce and seasonal changes through songs, movement, and stories
• Use our senses to explore and compare different apple varieties, discovering different colors, tastes, and textures

Parent or caregiver attends with their child and are guided by Tilth Alliance staff. Snack is included. Each ticket is for one caregiver and one child, please purchase a ticket for each child. Designed for children ages 3-5. Please email us if you are planning to bring more than one adult.
