Lunar New Year Celebration at The Village at Totem Lake

Mark your calendar for Saturday, Feb. 21, 2026 from 1 p.m.–4 p.m. and join us for our Lunar New Year Celebration as we celebrate the Year of the Horse here at The Village. Meet us on the Village Green near Cinemark as we kick off the event with a traditional lion dance.

Event highlights:

• Traditional lion dance by Mak Fai: Witness the captivating and colorful lion dance performed by beloved local performance group Mak Fai, infusing the celebration with an authentic cultural experience.
• Martial arts demo: Enjoy a thrilling martial arts demonstration, showcasing the skill and precision of local martial artists, adding excitement to the festivities.
• Crafts and cultural activities: Engage in hands-on activities and crafts that reflect the rich traditions of the Lunar New Year, offering an educational and entertaining experience for attendees of all ages.
• Wheel of Lunar Luck: Spin the prize wheel to win a red envelope filled with something from one of The Village’s many retailers and restaurants
• Village-wide scavenger hunt: Take a stroll around The Village and find 12 Lunar-themed decals hiding amongst the various stores and restaurants.
