Make Your Own Microscope

Sunday, April 12 @ 2 p.m.–4 p.m.

In this lab, we’ll learn how to build your own microscope that can be assembled using low-cost materials. With your new microscope, we can study microorganisms too small to see with the naked eye. Get ready to have a close look at your hair, see plant cells, have a glimpse at life in yogurt, and discover what you can observe in any rain/waterway samples you bring in!

Become a member here. Fee waivers are available if the cost is prohibitive. You can apply for a fee waiver via this form. Questions? Email workshops@sound.bio
