Mercer Island Farmers Market Zucchini Races

Start your engines…and grab a zucchini! Join us at the Mercer Island Farmers Market for Zucchini Races, where kids (and grown-ups!) can decorate their own zucchini racer, add some wheels, then send it flying down our custom-built race ramp.

The event is free, but $5 donations are requested. We’ll provide the zucchini, decorations, wheels, and plenty of cheering. Come build it, race it, and see if your squash has what it takes to be the fastest zucchini at the market!
