Middle Fork Snoqualmie Valley Family Nature Walk

Saturday, Oct. 17 @ 10 a.m.–12 p.m.

Join Greenway Trust Education & Volunteer Senior Manager Becca Kedenburg for a hands-on nature experience designed especially for kids and families. Set in the beautiful Camp Brown Day Use Area, this outing invites young explorers to slow down, look closely, and discover the natural world all around them. Whether it’s your child’s first nature walk or your family already loves the outdoors, this experience is a great chance to make lasting memories together in the Middle Fork Snoqualmie Valley.

What to Expect:

A nature-themed scavenger hunt around the ½ mile loop trail
Time by the river where kids can either explore freely or participate in a mini science lesson where they will test the water and learn about what makes a river healthy for fish and other wildlife
Optional: bring a packed lunch to picnic together by the river, or hike back to the trailhead

Driving Directions
Northwest Forest Pass required for parking. There will be no cell service at the trailhead, so please plan accordingly.
