Mt. Rainier Scenic Trains

Scenic trains operate between Elbe and Mineral, Washington, offering passengers a relaxing and memorable journey through the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Along the way, enjoy stunning views of the Nisqually River, Mount Rainier, and the surrounding foothills.

All passengers enjoy open seating in comfortable, enclosed coaches and are welcome to move freely throughout the train during the ride. Visit the open-air car for fresh mountain air, stop by the concession car for refreshments, or make use of the onboard restrooms.

Upon arrival in Mineral, the locomotive will run around the train—an exciting opportunity to wave to the engine crew and watch the locomotive in action before the return trip to Elbe.
