Discover the excitement of Park Pop-Ups, a free, drop-in event series perfect for families! Join us on the following Tuesdays between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM at either Cross Park or Meridian Habitat Park.
Each Park Pop-Up features a unique theme, providing hands-on crafts, engaging games, and occasionally featuring special guests. Come along and enjoy a few hours of creative, family-friendly fun in the park!

July 14 – National Parks & Recreation Month Celebration – Meridian Habitat Park
Celebrate National Parks and Recreation Month with face painting, giant lawn games, bubbles and chalk stations, and our craft tables! Mimi’s Ice Cream will also be in attendance with tasty treats to purchase.
August 11 – Wild About Trails with the Washington Trails Association – Meridian Habitat Park
Enjoy the great outdoors with the Washington Trails Association! Learn the 10 essentials of outdoor adventures and the amazing resources they offer to help your family get excited and ready to explore. Plus, enjoy interactive activities and a themed craft for hands-on fun. Mimi’s Ice Cream will also be in attendance with tasty treats to purchase.
October 13 – Monster Mash – Meridian Habitat Park
Calling all ghosts, goblins, and ghouls! Join us for our Monster Mash Halloween-themed afternoon filled with games, crafts, music, and a bubbling witch’s brew punch. Costumes are encouraged!
