Children and families come in all shapes and sizes and have their own unique ways to play and show love. That’s why we’re inviting you and your family to join us for Seattle Children’s Museum’s Prideful Playdate on Saturday, May 30!
We’ll be coming together to kick off Pride through science, art, and self-expression, with activities that celebrate our differences and unique identities. We’ll also be learning about Pride’s history and significance through temporary exhibit enhancements, books shared with us by Charlie’s Queer Books, and access to local queer family resources brought to you by Seattle Pride.
Attend a Drag Story Time, dance to tunes alongside a real DJ, get temporary glitter tattoos, make your own identity bracelets, try out our wig-making station, and design a pride flag representing your unique family.
Drag Story Time with Aleksa Manila: 1pm-3pm
C89.5 DJ Dance Party w/Vera Project: 1pm-3pm
