Sawubona Festival “I See You”

Sunday, May 17 @ 2 p.m.–6 p.m.

(VC)Bynum Arts & Education, in collaboration with Bellevue College Umoja Scholars and AARTH, invites you to the Sawubona Festival! This day of celebration will feature live performances of dance, music, and poetry, vendors, food, and a Q&A panel of community members. It’s FREE to attend, and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!  

Sawubona is a beautiful Zulu phrase that translates to “I see you!” Let’s acknowledge each other’s humanity while promoting unity. Register today and receive updates on the event and itinerary of performers.
