The Seattle International Dance Festival lights up Seattle June 6–14 with over 25 dance groups from Africa, Asia, and North America delivering some of the most electrifying contemporary work of the year. In just nine days, you can experience the full sweep of today’s dance—an entire year’s range of styles and voices—brought together in one festival. From contemporary ballet to dance‑theatre and global collaborations, see it all at SIDF. Featuring MYOWNMOVE (South Korea), Compagnie Tamadia (Burkina Faso), and leading Norwest aritists, Khambatta Dance Company, Olympic Ballet Theater, Spectrum Dance Theater, Wade Madsen, and many others.
