Wetland Wonders at Carkeek Park

Saturday, March 14 @ 10 a.m.–12 p.m.

Join a Seattle Parks and Recreation Naturalist to learn about the plants and animals that live in and define the wetlands of Carkeek Park. We will explore plants like sedges, skunk cabbage, and rush as we look for evidence of amphibians, beavers, and birds that make these areas so special!
Hands-on learning includes looking at fur, skulls, and feathers of some of these amazing friends of our wetland!
Dress warmly & for rainy weather. Trip is outside the whole 2 hours.

All participants must be registered.
$10 Youth (5-17yrs)
$20 per Adult (18-49 yrs)
$10 Continuing Ed (age 50+)
