Mom Kristan says there's no "real recipe" for these treats, and that you'll only need a favorite ice cream flavor and cookies to crumble when getting started. Simply line a muffin tin with foil liners, place your cookie pieces in the bottom of each cup, add one scoop of ice cream, and top with more cookies. Place them in the freezer to firm up, and you'll have one fun and easy snack for your Mother's Day celebration!
