Identity and Songwriting with Arts Corps

In this class, students will use their own life stories to create and record meaningful original songs. Using contemporary popular music as our guide, we will analyze how song structure, lyrics, rhythm, and melody combine to make memorable performances. Students will come out of the class with their own original content and basic audio recording skills.
