Introduction to Sashiko Stitching: Sampler Workshop

Presented by Lisa Keller, Galloping Horse Makers.

Hundreds of years ago in Japan, mending precious hemp cloth was essential because of its scarcity and from it grew artful stitching called sashiko (sash-ko).

Make a sashiko sampler of common patterns, including the cherry blossom and maple leaf. 

All supplies provided.

Registration is limited and begins Monday, October 1, 10am.
