The American Heart Association’s Heart and Stroke Walk, sponsored by CHI Franciscan, returns on October 12 at Seattle Center. Register to walk with us, via PugetSoundHeartWalk.org and donate today to help save lives.
The fun, family friendly 5K event includes a health and wellness expo, stage program, heart healthy snacks and a morning walk in our community. A 1-mile warrior walk is also offered.
