Calling all expectant and newborn parents!
Join us for Ready, Set, Baby, an interactive event where you will walk away with vital information and gain practical skills that will make you feel excited, supported, and more confident to bring your baby home.
Featuring 13+ perinatal specialists, we will have various stations and booths set up where you can cross those baby prep items off your checklist and get all your questions answered.
Take a Maternity Photo: Capture the beauty and excitement of your parenthood journey with a professional mini-maternity photoshoot (At least one edited photo will be included)
Learn how to babywear and use your carrier: Bring your own carrier to learn how to use your carrier correctly or try out other carriers for optimal comfort and safety for you and your baby
Practice swaddling and diapering techniques: Learn to swaddle and diaper effectively to build your confidence and ensure your baby's comfort and well-being from day one
Set-up and learn to use your breastpump: Prepare for pumping success by mastering the use of your breast pump. Bring your pump or use one of ours
Learn car seat safety: Ensure your baby's safety on the road with expert guidance from a certified car seat tech on car seat installation and usage
Learn about postpartum nutrition and create a postpartum wellness plan: Get insights into nourishing your body after childbirth and develop a personalized plan for your postpartum wellness
Other providers will provide information and guidance on Breastfeeding, Pelvic Health Recovery, Newborn and Infant Sleep and Perinatal Mental Health resources.
Partners are encouraged to attend together as this information and skills are relevant to both of you! Parents of newborns are also welcome to sign-up as well if you would like support in any of these areas!

Your ticket includes yourself and your partner (if you wish to bring them). You do not need to register both of you.
Sample Class Format
- The event itself is from 1-4 pm
- You will register for a 30 minute window, during which you can have your maternity photo taken
- You are encouraged to come early/stay later (outside of the window you signed up for) to visit all of the amazing providers that will be there to help prepare you for baby's arrival
