The Seattle Cascades Professional Ultimate Team is hosting a three-day youth ultimate camp at the end of December - choose one, two, or all three days! We will offer a variety of drills suitable for different levels of play, so all experience levels are encouraged to attend.
Beginners focus on solidifying skills, fundamental strategies, and spirited play. Experienced players have opportunities to engage in intermediate and advanced ultimate tactics, in addition to refining skills, practicing SOTG, and making friends! The program will include a variety of ultimate drills, a strength, mobility, and body awareness component... and of course, plenty of scrimmaging!
Registration is open to elementary and middle school students. All genders are encouraged to attend.
Each kid who signs up gets a jersey, a pair of shorts, or a disc. Happy holidays!
