A Celebration of Life & Commemoration of Black History

Saturday, Feb. 7 @ 3 p.m.–7 p.m.

Join us as we celebrate the legacy of Dr. Quintard Taylor, Jr., founder of BlackPast.org. Together, let us pay tribute to his impact on Black history.

This is a free, family-friendly event featuring African drumming, a children’s make-and-take crafts room, Delbert Richardson’s Unspoken Truths Traveling African American Museum, community info tables, musical performances, a keynote program, and more. Also, books from Dr. Taylor’s personal book collection will be on sale in support of BlackPast.org. Celebrate Black History Month with us in tribute to Dr. Taylor.

Free and open to the public.
