Flower pounding
This fun project will have them sweating and results in a beautiful decoration. Start by collecting flowers outside in a variety of colors and shapes. Next, place the flowers on a clean piece of fabric, cover with cardboard and start swinging that hammer. The pounding will transfer the image of the flower onto the fabric, so cool!
