Imani Razat


Imani Razat is a writer, designer, creative consultant and mom to two boys and a tiny Russell Terrier named Cannoli. She grew up in New York City and traveled internationally studying Fine Art and Art History at Sarah Lawrence College in Florence, Italy. Her work is inspired by the lifestyle of global city culture — the people, places, community, food, style and design objects that celebrate life. She has a Master’s in Communication from Johns Hopkins University. Her writing credits include The Seattle Times, Essence Magazine, Harper Collins, Ballantine Books and Random House, Potter Style.
