Stella Boyd-Ford & Dr. Clare Dix


Stella Boyd-Ford is a research fellow with the Grow&Go Toolbox at The University of Queensland in Australia, a project that has created a website using co-design to improve access to nutrition information for children under five. Additionally, she is currently a Ph.D. candidate focusing on enhancing food security and nutrition for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children through community-driven solutions. She also is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian currently working in pediatrics, with prior roles and experience in public health nutrition across remote, regional and urban areas.

Dr. Clare Dix is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and member of Dietitians Australia. She is a Lecturer in nutrition and dietetics at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Dr Dix’s research interests include chronic disease prevention and treatment, child health and nutrition, digestive health, and clinical education for dietetics.
