What you'll need:

  • Your favorite gluten-free yogurt (regular or dairy-free), sprinkled with hemp seeds
  • Your favorite gluten-free granola
  • Seasonal fruit, such as peaches, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries
  • Sunflower seed butter
