Some towns -- like Belleville, Ill. -- have banned teens from trick-or-treating on Halloween, citing "too many single mothers and senior citizens" complaints about hulking kids showing up at their doors and scaring 'em silly.
So whatchya think, PMappers? Reasonable reaction to a real safety concern...or one more nail in Halloween's coffin?
