Sponge invites families to celebrate La Chandeleur or “crêpe day”, a celebration of the beloved French pancake. Kids will learn to make crêpes with French chef and cookbook author Muriel-Marguerite Foucher of Paris Eastside. There will be French songs, stories and crafts for families to enjoy.
