Sponge invites families to celebrate the arrival of spring and the Cherry Blossoms with a spectacular musical event. Shiho Kurauchi from Seattle's famed Silk Strings will introduce us to the koto - a traditional Japanese stringed musical instrument with 13 strings and moveable bridges. Plus, Sponge staff will share Japanese stories and we’ll make cherry blossom crafts to celebrate the arrival of spring and the cherry blossoms in our region.
