Fungi play an important role in the ecological life of the Pacific Northwest. Mycology—the study of fungi—is intimately connected to the studies of forestry, botany, ecology, medicine, and the culinary arts. Come explore these marvelous mushrooms and leave with recipes, mushroom adventure plans, and a new appreciation for these funky fungi. UW faculty, staff and students always enjoy free admission.
