"Hello, My Name Is ..." - An Original One Act by the 2nd Hunger Plays Ensemble

In this all-female ensemble, we explore how girls deal with competition and friendships. We share our experiences of hunger and desire both literal and metaphorical, and ask why adolescence can leave us with a feeling like the pie of life is limited, and what to do when we feel we can only get a slice at another girl’s expense. How can we push ourselves as girls to succeed and triumph, while retaining the spirit of collaboration and play recently left behind on the playground?
