Just in time for the holiday season, everyone’s favorite Peanuts television special comes to life on stage. A Charlie Brown Christmas Live On Stage encompasses each of your favorite scenes from the original animated television show, with more fun, more music, and more finding the true Christmas spirit. Inclusion is also a big theme. After the final bow, the show crescendos into a celebration of song as the audience is invited to join the Peanuts gang in singing traditional Christmas songs and carols. The show is 90 minutes including intermission.
The 4:00 p.m. show is an Inclusive Performance which means it is a welcoming space for all patrons with or without neurodiverse needs. No patron will be asked to leave the performance due to sound, movement or behaviors related to differing cognitive/developmental abilities. This will be a judgement-free environment.
For this performance we will provide:
• Designated quiet and activity area within the theatre
• Guidance and sensory supports (fidgets, earplugs, noise cancelling ear-muffs) available in the lobby before the show
• Audience members are welcome to bring their own manipulatives, seat cushions, comfort objects, and extra support items to the show
• STG staff trained to be inviting and accommodating to families' needs
• Specialized therapist will be assigned to your seat section
