Dive into play-based learning with Teacher Raven from Roaring Mouse Creative Arts Preschool as she presents a layered, art-integrated exploration into the colorful world of the classic storybook, ”Mouse Paint“ by Ellen Stoll Walsh.
Registrants will receive exclusive access to a series of short videos to play on their own time.
Raven will introduce the story by reading the picture book aloud, and then she will offer a variety of art and play extensions that young children of different ages may choose from.
Optional activities include:
- A playful paint-along retelling of the story
- Loose-parts mouse construction using familiar objects from home
- A how-to guide for creating a “Mouse Paint” -themed independent play invitation at home, with instructions tailored to your child’s developmental stage
